At Waitrose, our night shift Partners love what they do. Working nights might not be for everyone and may mean unsociable hours, but it can mean flexibility to fit around your commitments. Taking on a Waitrose night shift job will see you gain career satisfaction and be well rewarded with a shift premium in addition to your hourly pay rate (depending on hours worked).
