Starting on 14th May, we’re excited to launch our first ever virtual work experience programme – powered by our friends at TheTalentPeople / GetMyFirstJob.
Designed for those between ages 14-25, although open to all including career changers and returners to work. Discover more about being a Partner in 4 comprehensive modules that will take you from product buying right through our supply chain, into our shops, and on our sustainability journey.
During the modules, you’ll be introduced to real Partners (employees) via pre-recorded videos, who’ll guide you through what a successful career can look like in the Partnership.
Once complete, you’ll be awarded with a John Lewis Partnership Virtual Work Experience digital badge and certificate, plus, all the skills and knowledge you need to start a career in retail which you can add to your CV.
