About the role
As a Landscaping Specialist you will assist in the continued growth of the landscaping business through excellent delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects, exceeding customer expectations, health and safety responsibilities and accurate stock control.
You will support the management of the landscaping business and to develop future propositions.
Longstock Park Landscapes has great potential for growth and is ready to evolve into a more profitable business model. As a team, we will be tasked to deliver significant growth over the next 5 years, with the potential to gain career progression. This role within the department will give the Partner experience and increased knowledge of the landscape and horticultural industry.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Landscaping Operations; Planting and hard landscape services.
Working with the Landscaping team and adhering to health and safety to work in a safe way for all.
Compliant with procedures and standards
Excellent Customer Service
Sourcing and purchasing of appropriate stock for Landscaping business if required
Stock, inventory and waste management
Customer deliveries to sites being landscaped
Essential Skills
Horticulture or equivalent hard landscape experience
Basic brick and block work
Patio laying
Fencing
Experience in using plant machinery
Full clean driving licence
Practical experience in Landscaping services
