Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Customer Focus: Provide exceptional service, understand customer needs, and resolve queries effectively.
- Shop Floor Standards: Maintain excellent standards of display, availability, and cleanliness throughout the shop.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: Support the wider team by working flexibly across different areas of the shop, including operational and logistical tasks.
- Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock replenishment, movement, and ticketing, and actively participate in stock counting activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Maximise productivity, contribute ideas for improvement, and stay up-to-date with training and procedures.
- Professionalism: Maintain appropriate dress and hygiene standards, and adhere to all Shop Operating Procedures.
You’ll be a key player in our stock replenishment team, expertly preparing and showcasing merchandise across fashion, home, and tech.
You’ll create inspirational displays that entice customers and drive sales, always ensuring we highlight the best of John Lewis.
