Our close-knit team of Customer Delivery Drivers in John Lewis deliver and install the high quality products we’re known for into our customers’ homes. Products like kitchen appliances, TV sets, sound systems or even furniture.
As for our Waitrose drivers, you’ll be a familiar face in the local community, delivering weekly shops or smaller orders for those customers’ with a social evening at home. For John Lewis, a typical task could be installing a washing machine in a family’s home.
No matter what products you’re delivering or for which brand, you’ll be an ambassador of the John Lewis Partnership on the road, with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible customer service. We’ll make sure you have all of the skills and confidence to do just that.

The Partnership supports flexible working, such as when, where and how you work. Working flexibly may mean different things to help with your own work-life balance. For example, it might mean flexible or compressed hours, job sharing or shorter hour contracts. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss this further with the hiring manager during your interview.
The Partnership has a Defined Contribution pension scheme where your contributions will be matched by the Partnership (up to 8% of pay) and, after three years’ service, you’ll receive an additional Partnership contribution of 4% of pay, regardless of whether you pay in or not.
