Each team plays a crucial part in assisting our Selling Assistants with delighting our customers. Working together, you will ensure excellent product availability, create inspiring displays to showcase our merchandise, or take care of our stock. Replenishment (Stock Management) jobs

By specialising in inventory management and control in our Replenishment team, you’ll support your shop in maximising sales by making sure stock is available for the selling floor. When working on the shop floor, you’ll put the customer at the heart of all that you do. Above all, you will offer a superb customer service which is both informative and courteous.

What will I do as a Replenishment Partner?

You will enjoy a fast-paced and varied role which includes the following:

  • Unloading and loading cages
  • Delivering stock to departments
  • Collecting stock for deliveries

Will I suit this role?

Along with the Visual Merchandising and Business Protection teams, you’ll need to be flexible as you may be required to support the selling floor and other areas of your shop when necessary. You don’t need qualifications to join us in this role, but previous experience in a stock management or customer service role is desirable.

Visual Merchandising jobs

At John Lewis, our reputation is built on providing customers with exceptional products and experiences. It’s the role of our Visual Merchandising team to bring our product ranges to life through innovative displays in our retail store. You could play a key role in our Selling Support team by providing the expertise and passion needed to help us stand out from our competitors.

What will I do as a Visual Merchandising Partner?

In addition to building excellent relationships with selling floor teams and the central Visual Merchandising team, you will:

  • Create displays which are focused on brand awareness, seasonality, competitors’ activity and commercial awareness
  • Ensure each display ties in to the overall aim of maximising all sales opportunities

Will I suit this role?

If you have a good understanding of what goes into a striking display, while also being commercially aware, you’ll flourish in our Visual Merchandising team. We also offer clear career progression pathways into roles such as Visual Merchandising Manager.

Business Protection jobs

Help protect our Partners, customers and secure assets through effective risk management and communication within your branch. This includes any loss or damage to stock, loss of cash, and non-compliance to process.

What will I do as a Business Protection Partner?

You will provide key support within the Loss Prevention team, getting involved with:

  • Reducing theft or damage
  • Ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures
  • Highlighting areas of potential risk
  • Making recommendations whilst keeping our Partners and customers safe

Will I suit this role?

If you have a sharp and analytical mind which can analyse data and identify trends indicative of loss, you’ll be at home in our Business Protection team. In addition, you should be comfortable in conducting investigations, writing reports and carrying out audits.
