The website is consistently ranked one of the top online shopping destinations in the UK and its free ‘click & collect’ service is available throughout all John Lewis stores – allowing customers to buy online and pick up after 2pm the following day.
And it’s not just our products that our customers are clicking for. Insurance in the form of johnlewis-insurance.com and broadband from johnlewisbroadband.com have also been developed in response to customer need.
It’s also allowing us to reach out to and engage with our customers in a whole new way. Social media including Facebook, Twitter and an official YouTube channel, means we’re connecting with customers on an even-greater level which is great as we love to hear from them.

Pay in range of £11.70 - £15.50 plus shift premium (20%). This is negotiable dependent on relevant skills and experience. The pay range for this role will increase to £12.20 - £15.90 plus shift premium (20%) from 1 April 2017.
