When our customers set foot in one of our stores, they expect a very unique experience. They expect to be greeted by choice and top-quality products that represent value for money. They expect our Partners to be knowledgeable about the products. And they expect to be treated courteously and with respect so that when they leave, they’ll want to return soon.

After all with 350,000 product lines in our larger stores and only slightly fewer in our smaller format stores (the full assortment is still available through ‘click & collect’), our customers enter our doors trusting they’ll be able to get everything they need. And then to leave with everything they came for whether that’s a new sofa and curtains, a wedding outfit, a christening gift, a swing for the garden or a bike to get fit. Oh and a new watch… ‘just because’.

Whatever our customers are looking for, it’s our job to meet their expectations and exceed them where we can.
