In Property Services, it’s our job to ensure the ‘look and feel’ of our shops is as appealing as the quality and variety of goods we sell in them.
Responsible for creating project feasibilities, designing buildings and services and managing the construction of all new retail space, we are essential to delivering the planned growth of the Partnership.
We strive to generate cost and environmentally-efficient design concepts for our department stores and supermarkets, making sure our shops achieve the best use of space whilst being both attractive and easy-to-use for customers and Partners alike.
We also take responsibility for managing the maintenance of all our shops: if our customers and Partners don’t have a safe, clean and pleasant environment to shop or work in, we aren’t doing our job properly.
