Selection process for our Graduate schemes
The first stage of the selection process is an online application form which consists of six stages:
- Values based questionnaire
- Numerical test
- Verbal test
- Management judgement indicator test
- Scheme specific multiple-choice questions
- Application form
The initial online application process takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to complete and you have to pass each stage to get to the next.
If you get through these first stages, we’ll take time to assess your application form in more depth. If everything looks promising, you’ll be invited to an online video interview which lasts up to 30 minutes. If you get selected you will then be invited to an assessment centre.
The assessment centre is a full day and will be a mix of exercises and an interview.
There is an additional final interview with a Director for the Leadership scheme which takes 2 hours.
Details of each stage will be sent to you via email and you can also check the status of your application in the Candidate Communication Centre.
We want to ensure that each candidate receives the outcome of their application as soon as possible and therefore we would recommend getting your application to us early and regularly checking your emails to ensure you can complete each stage promptly to progress your application further. For more information about the selection process, please visit our Road to Partnership page.
We positively celebrate diversity and embrace individual talents regardless of background. For more information, please see our diversity page.
